Together with a small group of Philadelphia’s business leaders and industry stakeholders, CSL was invited to attend a reception with Pennsylvania’s Governor, Josh Shapiro and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Attendees heard of the strong economic ties between Canada and Pennsylvania, and more specifically, an emphasis to strengthen well established partnerships between the two trade partners and lean into future industry together. Perdita Cheshire, Director and Head of Research Innovation North America represented CSL at the event. “Fostering strategic relationships within the Canadian life sciences ecosystem remains a top priority for CSL’s North American Research Innovation Team as we build on the successful partnerships we’ve already established in the US. This event reinforced the importance of collaboration and innovation in order to improve the lives of patients worldwide,” said Dr Cheshire.
